We launched with a single truck and a few units, and we still operate that way. When you call, you reach me or someone I trust to work on my own property. We're a family operation, so if a unit isn't up to standard, that falls on us, and we make it right the same day.
I track every delivery on one board in the office, and each driver reviews it before heading out. When we tell you Tuesday morning, that means Tuesday morning. If anything changes, I call you before you need to call us.
